Paul Roddis
Founded in 2024 by Paul Roddis in partnership with Argon & Co, NEOS was established as an independent supply chain technology services organisation.
It brings together some of the industry's brightest minds with functional and technical expertise, delivering with a level of passion rarely seen in the field.
His Career
Paul Roddis began his career in 1987 in the UK selling barcode systems, this first introduced him to the supply chain and technology sector. After backpacking around the world, he settled in Australia, initially selling RFID technology, and then a journey through various roles in supply chain sales, channel and alliances that eventually led him to settling into systems implementation consulting, prominently with SAP technology.
Paul always surrounded himself with smart supply chain people, partnering with industry experts, and playing pivotal roles and launching supply chain ventures like Icon Integration, which he ran successfully for a decade before it was acquired by Accenture.
His Legacy
The combination of NEOS and Argon & Co is a logical match. Paul envisioned that successful technology delivery requires individuals who are deeply immersed in the supply chain, beyond just the technology itself. Technology implementation is not merely about applying software to processes; it's about truly understanding how to transform operations and achieve strategic goals, with technology as the enabler.
At NEOS, we incorporate this 40-year legacy into everything we do, a team of functionally aligned technologists who genuinely understand the client's needs.
Paul passed away peacefully on Thursday, 21st August, surrounded by family, after a courageous battle with cancer. His warmth, humour, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
